PROMOTED AND SUPPORTED COURT-APPOINTED VOLUNTEER ADVOCACY TO REPRESENT THE BEST INTEREST OF CHILDREN WHO FIND THEMSELVES IN THE COURT SYSTEM BECAUSE OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT. GATHERED CRITICAL AND OBJECTIVE INFORMATION TO BE USED BY THE COURT IN DECIDING THE MOST BENEFICIAL PLACEMENT OF THESE CHILDREN. DURING 2021, OVER 185 CHILDREN WERE SERVED WITH OVER 100 CASES. AS OF 12/31/21, WE CURRENTLY HAVE OVER 55 ACTIVE CASES INVOLVING OVER 100 CHILDREN AND OVER 53 ADVOCATES. NUMBER OF VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR 2021 WAS APPROX. 18,100.
