IN 2021, WIT GIRLS SERVED OVER 1,100 MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS IN STEAM HOSTING OVER 10 EVENTS. WIT CAMPUS PREPARED 2,700 STUDENTS FOR WORKFORCE READINESS FROM 16 COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES AND HOSTED OVER 8 EVENTS. WIT YOPROS BROUGHT TOGETHER MORE THAN 920 YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AND HOSTED 6 EVENTS. THE SINGLE MOTHERS PROGRAM FOCUSES ON THE EDUCATION OF UNDERSERVED SINGLE MOTHERS TO PROVIDE CYBERSECURITY TRAINING AND JOB PLACEMENT. IN 2021, 20 WOMEN GRADUATED FROM THE SINGLE MOTHERS PROGRAM, 13 WERE PLACED IN JOBS, AND 5 ARE ACTIVELY INTERVIEWING.WITS FORUMS AND SOCIALS PROVIDE THE BACKBONE FOR THE WOMEN IN TECHNOLOGY, INC. COMMUNITY BY OFFERING EDUCATIONAL AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES. IN 2021, WE HOSTED 6 EVENTS WITH AVERAGE OF 200 ATTENDEES PER EVENT. THE FORUMS INCLUDED 25 GUEST SPEAKERS ACROSS THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ARTS AND MATH FIELDS WITH 1,200 ATTENDEES.
