THE CORPORATION OPERATES A 30 UNIT SENIORS HOUSING COMMUNITY IN BLACKSBURG, VIRGINIA SERVING APPROXIMATELY 50 PERSONS. THE CORPORATION OPERATES A 30 UNIT SENIORS HOUSING COMMUNITY OF FREESTANDING HOUSING UNITS COMPRISING THE WOODS EDGE DEVELOPMENT FOR THOSE WHO ARE 55 AND OLDER, LIVING AN INDEPENDENT ACTIVE LIFESTYLE. THE WOODS EDGE DEVELOPMENT SERVES APPROXIMATELY 50 ADDITIONAL RESIDENTS.
