GRANTS AND CONTRACTUAL ASSISTANCE: THE IJIS INSTITUTE PROVIDES SUPPORT TO NEW AND DEVELOPING PROGRAMS SPONSORED CLIENT ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. THESE PROGRAMS TYPICALLY ADDRESS ISSUES OF NATIONAL IMPACT IN THE JUSTICE, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND HOMELAND SECURITY SECTORS. THE IJIS INSTITUTE PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR GOVERNMENT AND INDUSTRY TO COME TOGETHER AS A JOINT FORCE TO ENABLE SOLUTIONS TO THOSE ISSUES THAT ARE MOST CRITICAL TODAY.THE IJIS INSTITUTE OFFERS TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANCE (TA) TO STATE AND LOCAL JURISDICTIONS TO ASSIST WITH THE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION SHARING PROJECTS IN THE JUSTICE, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND HOMELAND SECURITY DOMAINS.
