IN GOD'S HANDS CHILDCARE PROGRAM DISTINGUISHES ITSELF BY OFFERING YEAR-ROUND CHILDCARE SERVICES IN A LOVING, CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENT FOR INFANTS, TODDLERS, PRESCHOOL AND SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN, AGES SIX WEEKS TO TWELVE YEARS OLD.FOR THE YOUTH WE SERVE WE PASS OUT BOXES FILLED WITH ITMES SUCH AS NEW CLOTHES, TOYS AND GAMES. FOR MANY OF OUR FAMILIES, THIS MAY BE THE ONLY CHRISTMAS GIFT THEY RECEIVE.THERE ARE MANY CHILDREN WE SERVE WHO RECEIVE FREE OR REDUCED LUNCHES AT SCHOOL, BUT OVER THE WEEKEND, THESE SAME CHILDREN ARE AT A HIGH RISK OF GOING HUNGRY.GOOD-TO-GO BACKPACKS ARE SENT HOME WITH CHILDREN EVERY FRIDAY. EACH BACKPACK IS FILLED WITH FOOD CHILDREN CAN TAKE HOME AND EAT OVER THE WEEKEND. THE FOOD IS KID-FRIENDLY, EASY-OPEN AND EASILY PREPARED.
