COTTAGE AMBULANCE FOUNDATION ("CAF") IS AN AFFILIATE OF COTTAGE HOSE AMBULANCE CORP., INC. ("CHAC"). CHAC STRIVES TO DELIVER THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRE-HOSPITAL CARE TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE GREATER CARBONDALE AREA AND SURROUNDING COMMMUNITIES ON A 24 HOUR A DAY, 7 DAY PER WEEK BASIS. AREAS SERVED INCLUDE CARBONDALE, CARBONALE TOWNSHIP AND FELL TOWNSHIP IN LACKAWANNA COUNTY, AS WELL AS THE SURROUNDING AREAS OF LACKAWANNA, WAYNE AND SUSQUEHANNA COUNTIES. SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT, BASIC LIFE SUPPORT, INVALID TRANSPORTATION, NON- EMERGENCY AMBULANCE AND VAN TRANSPORTATION, AND FIRE SUPPRESSION AND RESCUE SERVICES. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN A NON-DISCRIMINATORY MANNER, WITH SPECIAL CONSIDERATION TO THOSE MEDICALLY AND/OR FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED.
