COMMUNITY HABILITATION SERVICES - TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS WHO LIVE IN THEIR OWN HOME OR FAMILY HOME WITH SERVICES, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE WITH ACQUISITION, RETENTION OR IMPROVEMENT OF SELF-HELP SKILLS RELATED TO ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING AND SOCIAL AND ADAPTIVE SKILLS NECESSARY TO ENABLE THE INDIVIDUALS TO RESIDE IN A NON-INSTITUTIONAL SETTING.
RESPITE SERVICES - TO ASSIST PARENTS WITH DISABLED CHILDREN TO LEAVE CHILDREN WITH A CARETAKER TO ATTEND ANY SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS AND MEETINGS.
