PROVIDENCE CARE CENTER IS A LONG-TERM NURSING HOME AND SKILLED FACILITY THAT PROVIDES REHABILITATION SERVICES TO THOSE IN-HOUSE PATIENTS. PROVIDENCE CARE CENTER SEEKS TO PROMOTE THE DELIVERY OF NURSING FACILITY HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS. PROVIDENCE CARE CENTER'S NURSING FACILITY OPERATIONS EMBRACE AND UPHOLD THE MORAL, ETHICAL, AND RELIGIOUS DOCTRINES AND TEACHING OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH AND LIKEWISE ASSURE THE PHYSICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, AND SPIRITUAL CARE PROVIDED TO RESIDENTS IS WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE CHURCH'S DOCTRINE.
