1) PROVIDES ACCESS FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE POPULATIONS TO PHARMACEUTICALS AND EDUCATION THROUGH THE BEACON CHARITABLE PHARMACY, AND2) COLLABORATES WITH OTHER HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO MAXIMIZE RESOURCES AND PROVIDE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICES.CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE THEIR MEDICATIONS ON AN ONGOING BASIS FOR ONE YEAR AND THEN IF THEY CONTINUE TO QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAM, THEY WILL BE RENEWED. THE ORGANIZATION WILL ADVOCATE, EDUCATE AND CULTIVATE SERVICES AND FUNDING TO SERVE THE MEDICATION NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY.
