THE MISSION OF THE INSTITUTE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES IS TO CREATE TOOLS AND INFORMATION THAT CAN BE USED TO EDUCATE THE PAPER-BASED COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY AND EXTERNAL CONSTITUENCIES ON ENVIRONMENTAL MATTERS.
THE INSTITUTE FOR POSTAL STUDIES WAS CREATED TO CONDUCT A COMPREHENSIVE RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGN ON POSTAL REFORM. THE MISSION IS TO CREATE EDUCATIONAL TOOLS AND INFORMATION THAT CAN BE USED IN THEREFORM OR TRANSFORMATION OF THE USPS.
