THE GOAL IS TO DEVELOP HIGH IMPACT SENIOR LEADERS WHO CAN TRANSFORM OUR COUNTRY'S INSTITUTIONS AND VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES. MLT'S MULTI-PRONGED APPROACH INCLUDES: THE CAREER ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM (CAP), A 12-MONTH PROGRAM DESIGNED TO KEEP HIGH POTENTIAL MID-CAREER PROFESSIONALS ON THE PATH TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT; ONGOING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FOR MLT RISING LEADERS, AND SUPPORT FOR CORPORATE PARTNERS SEEKING TO IDENTIFY AND RECRUIT MLT TALENT FOR OPEN POSITIONS.
