FELLOWS PROGRAM: THE IWF LEADERSHIP FELLOWS PROGRAM, LAUNCHED IN 1994, PROVIDES HIGH POTENTIAL WOMEN WITH NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH IWF CONFERENCES, ASSIGNS MENTORS FROM OUR ROSTER OF OUTSTANDING MEMBERS AND INCLUDES CUSTOMIZED INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING SESSIONS AT BOTH HARVARD AND INSEAD. ANNUAL CLASSES OF UP TO 45 FELLOWS ARE SPONSORED BY COMPANIES, LOCAL FORUMS OR INDIVIDUALS AND SELECTED BY AN INTERNATIONAL REVIEW COMMITTEE OF IWF MEMBERS. THE IWF LEADERSHIP FELLOWS PROGRAM HAS ELEVATED AND ENABLED OVER 700 OUTSTANDING WOMEN SINCE INCEPTION TO MAXIMIZE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THEIR COMPANIES, COMMUNITIES AND THE WORLD.
