THE FOUNDATION IS A SEPARATE ORGANIZATION UNDER THE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS WITH OPERATIONAL HEADQUARTERS IN BRANDON, FL.

HOLLAND & KNIGHT CHARITABLE RELIEF FUND - THE FUND PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO THOSE MEMBERS OF THE CHARITABLE CLASS ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY COVID-19 OR ANY OTHER QUALIFIED DISASTER (WITHIN THE MEANING OF INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 139) OR INCIDENT OF EMERGENCY HARDSHIP, BOTH PRESENT AND FURURE.
