SAFEHAVEN ENHANCES THE LIVES OF ADULTS IN NEED OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTIONS SUPPORT IN DARKE, MIAMI, & SHELBY COUNTIES BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, AND VOCATIONAL SUPPORT IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO RECOVERY. DURING FY22, SAFEHAVEN PROVIDED 29,656 SERVICES TO PAYEE CLIENTS. DURING FY22, SAFEHAVEN PROVIDED DAILY SERVICES FOR 7,490 SIGN INS AT AGENCY LOCATIONS IN GREENVILLE, PIQUA, AND SIDNEY (SERVING DARKE, MIAMI, & SHELBY COUNTIES, RESPECTIVELY). ADDITIONALLY, SAFEHAVEN PROVIDED 6,229 MEALS ONSITE. FURTHERMORE, SAFEHAVEN'S HOPELINE PHONE SERVICE LOGGED 4,827 CALLS PROVIDING AREA CALLERS WITH MENTAL HEALTH COPING AND LIFE SKILLS, SOCIAL SUPPORT, PROBLEM SOLVING AND INFORMATION REFERRAL DURING EVENING SERVICE HOURS. SAFEHAVEN ALSO PROVIDES AN ORGANIZATIONAL PAYEE-SHIP PROGRAM THAT ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS IN MAINTAINING HOUSING, UTILITIES, MEDICATIONS, FOOD AND OTHER BASIC NEEDS, AND EDUCATES ON MONEY MANAGEMENT, FURTHER AIDING THESE INDIVIDUALS TO FOCUS ON THEIR OWN RECOVERIES THROUGH PROVIDING THEIR BASIC NEED STABILITY.
