SAFEHAVEN ENHANCES THE LIVES OF ADULTS IN NEED OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTIONS SUPPORT IN DARKE, MIAMI, & SHELBY COUNTIES BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, AND VOCATIONAL SUPPORT IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO RECOVERY. DURING FY24, SAFEHAVEN PROVIDED 28,253 SERVICES TO PAYEE CLIENTS. DURING FY24, SAFEHAVEN PROVIDED DAILY SERVICES FOR 10,149 SIGN INS AT AGENCY LOCATIONS IN GREENVILLE, PIQUA, AND SIDNEY (SERVING DARKE, MIAMI, & SHELBY COUNTIES, RESPECTIVELY). ADDITIONALLY, SAFEHAVEN PROVIDED 8,783 MEALS ONSITE. FURTHERMORE, SAFEHAVEN'S HOPELINE PHONE SERVICE LOGGED 2,336 CALLS PROVIDING AREA CALLERS WITH MENTAL HEALTH COPING AND LIFE SKILLS, SOCIAL SUPPORT, PROBLEM SOLVING AND INFORMATION REFERRAL DURING EVENING SERVICE HOURS. SAFEHAVEN ALSO PROVIDES AN ORGANIZATIONAL PAYEE-SHIP PROGRAM THAT ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS IN MAINTAINING HOUSING, UTILITIES, MEDICATIONS, FOOD AND OTHER BASIC NEEDS, AND EDUCATES ON MONEY MANAGEMENT, FURTHER AIDING THESE INDIVIDUALS TO FOCUS ON THEIR OWN RECOVERIES THROUGH PROVIDING THEIR BASIC NEED STABILITY. SAFEHAVEN PROVIDED THESE PAYEE SERVICES TO 124 INDIVIDUALS IN FY24. SAFEHAVEN PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION FOR 5,834 UNITS IN FY24. SAFEHAVEN SERVED AN AVERAGE OF 179.25 PER DAY IN ITS OVERALL MISSION.
