TO PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE CONTINUUM OF OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO THE CITIZENS OF SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN IN ORDER TO CREATE A BETTER FUTURE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. LINCOLN BEHAVIORAL SERVICES WILL DELIVER A BALANCE OF QUALITY CARE FREEDOM OF CHOICE AND PERSON CENTERED SERVICES AT A FAIR PRICE.

ADULT OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS: INDIVIDUAL THERAPY GROUP THERAPY MEDICATION PEER SUPPORT SERVICES SUPPORTED HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO OVER 5,000 INDVIDUALS. THESE CITIZENS OF WAYNE COUNTY MICHIGAN SUFFER FROM MENTAL ILLNESS AND MAY BE AT RISK FOR HOSPITALIZATION. OUR SERVICES ARE DELIVERED IN A PERSON CENTERED CULTURE WHICH EMPOWERS OUR CONSUMERS TO LIVE THEIR LIVES TO THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL. THESE SERVICES ALSO INCUDE EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICES. CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES HELP CLIENTS IN APPLYING FOR ENTITLEMENTS OR ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR THEIR DAILY NEEDS. OUR ADULT PROGRAMS HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PLACED CONSUMERS IN JOBS AND HAVE FACILITATED HOUSE NEEDS FOR THOSE 18 YEARS AND OLDER. WE ARE PROUD TO CONTINUE PARTNERSHIP WITH GLEANERS FOOD BANK TO PROVIDE INDIVDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH BOXES OF FOOD FOR EMERGENCIES AND HOLIDAY MEALS. WE ARE STILL OFFERING PHYSICAL HEALTH SERVICES TO OUR ADULT CLIENTS WHO DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A PRIMARY PHYSICIAN.
CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES: CHILDREN EXPERIENCING EMOTIONAL DISTRUBANCES AND THEIR FAMILS ARE SERVED IN THESE OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS WHICH PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL THERAPY GROUP THERAPY INFANT MENTAL HEALTH AND PARENTING SKILLS IF NEEDED. THESE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES ARE ALSO PROVIDED WITH CASE MANAGEMENT ASSISTING FAMILIES IN THE PROCESS OF OBAINING ENTITLEMENTS OND OTHER NECESSARY RESOURCES FOR DAILY LIVING. LINCOLN BEHAVIORAL SERVICES HAS STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT IN SEVERAL LOCAL SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT ON A DAILY BASIS. WHEN NEEDED WE ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE HOME BASED SERVICES AND WRAPY AROUND PROVISIONS. OUR STAFF MEMBERS HAVE PARTNERED WITH RDFORD TOWNSHIP TO BRING MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS TO INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES BY ATTENDING SOCIAL EVENTS SPONSORED BY THE TOWNSHIP.
INTENSIVE PROGRAM FOR ADULTS: OUR CLUBHOUSE PROGRAM IS A PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM OPERATING 5 DAYS PER WEEK FOR UP TO 120 INDIVIDUAL. WE REMAIN PROUD OF OUR CLUBHOUSE NATIONAL ACCREDITATION. THESE ADULTS LEARN ABOUT MODERN EVENTS WORK SKILLS AND SOCIAL SKILL.S CLIENTS RECEIVE TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT IN THE COMMUNITY IF INTERSTED AND ABLE TO WORK. ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT PROGRAM INCLUDES OUTREACH TO THE MOST CHRONICALLY MENTALLY ILL CONSUMERS. THESE 90 CLIENTS RECEIVE 2-5 VISITS PER WEEK TO ASSURE ALL DAILY NEEDS ARE MET AND CLIENTS REMAIN MEDICATION COMPLIANT. A 24 7 CRISIS LINE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP CLIENTS PREVENT MENTAL HEALTH HOSPITALIZATIONS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. FAIRWEATHER RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM OFFERS INDEPENDENT LIVING SITUATIONS FOR UP TO 6 MALES AND 6 FEMAILES. THESE INDIVIDUALS ESTABLISH A SMALL BUSINESS AND ARE SUPPORTED BY OUR STAFF FOR JOB TRAINING AND INDEPENDENT DAILY LIVING SKILLS. THEY RESIDE IN OUR COMMUNITY REQUIRING MINIMAL SUPPORT.
