ASPIRE INDIANA, INC IS A COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER PRIMARILY SERVING BOONE, HAMILTON, MARION, AND MADISON COUNTIES.

Part 3 - Line 4a
HEALTH CARE SERVICES WHICH INCLUDE: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES, PSYCHIATRIC AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES. APPROXIMATELY 11,000 PEOPLE ARE SERVED WITH THERAPY, MEDICAL SERVICES, CASE MANAGEMENT, SKILLS TRAINING AND/OR PEER SUPPORT. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO ADULTS AND YOUTH WITH CULTURALLY COMPETENT SERVICES FOR THE DEAF COMMUNITY, ONE OF THE FEW COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAMS FOR THE DEAF IN THE COUNTRY.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES INCLUDING 4 GROUP HOMES, WITH 3 HOMES THAT ARE LICENSED IN INDIANA AS STRUCTURED GROUP LIVING FACILITIES, AND 1 WHICH IS LICENSED IN INDIANA AS A TRANSITIONAL LIVING FACILITY. OVER 100 PEOPLE WERE SERVED IN THESE HOMES.
SERVICES TO ADDRESS THE SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF THE PEOPLE WE SERVE. SERVICES INCLUDE HOUSING WITH 109 UNITS OF HOUSING AVAILABLE, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVED 175 PEOPLE, WORK INCENTIVES BENEFITS ASSISTANCE (WIPA) SERVED APPROXIMATELY 1,200 PEOPLE, PAYEE SERVICES SERVED 240 INDIVIDUALS EACH MONTH AND ADVOCACY FOR ADULTS AND YOUTH THROUGH A FORENSIC INTERVIEWING SERVICE SERVING 496 ADULTS AND 430 CHILDREN.
