IS A CERTIFIED COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC (CCBHC) PROVIDING A BROAD CONTINUUM OF SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER (SUD) SERVICES FOR ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS INCLUDING EDUCATION AND PREVENTION, CASE MANAGEMENT, PEER SUPPORT, INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT, OUTPATIENT THERAPY, MEDICATIONS FOR OPIOID USE DISORDER (MOUD) TREATMENT AND 28-DAY RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR MEN AND WOMEN. NEW VISTA OF THE BLUEGRASS, INC. RUNS A LICENSED OPIOID TREATMENT PROGRAM (OTP) AND PROVIDES METHADONE, SUBOXONE, BUPRENORPHINE AND NALTREXONE MOUDS.
