BOTH COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHAB (CRR) AND COMMUNITY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS (CLA) OFFER 24 HOUR THERAPEUTIC CARE TO STABILIZE AND PROMOTE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL. MODERATE CARE PROVIDES LEVELS OF INTERMITTENT SUPPORT AS INDICATED BY THE INDIVIDUALS TREATMENT PLANS AND GOALS. FAMILY LIVING THROUGH THE LIFE SHARING PROGRAM AND HOST HOME FOR CHILDREN PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION INTO A SINGLE FAMILY.
