WE SEEK TO BUILD HEALTHIER AND STRONGER COMMUNITIES THAT WE ALL CAN BE PROUD OF. HOME OWNERSHIP PROMOTION SERVICES - DOWN PAYMENT AND CLOSING COST GRANT ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED TO QUALIFIED HOMEBUYERS THROUGHOUT BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO. MANY LOW TO MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES CAN AFFORD TO PURCHASE THEIR OWN HOME, BUT THEY FACE THE CHALLENGE OF SAVING ENOUGH MONEY FOR THEIR DOWN PAYMENT OR CLOSING COSTS. THIS PROGRAM HAS PROVEN TO BE A BENEFICIAL RESOURCE FOR FAMILIES/INDIVIDUALS OF MODEST MEANS TO REALIZE THEIR DREAM OF OWNING A HOME.
CONSTRUCTION PROGRAMS - THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE JURISDICTIONS THAT WE SERVE, WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PROVIDE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES IN BUTLER AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES WHILE AT THE SAME TIME REVITALIZING NEIGHBORHOODS. WE HAVE ACQUIRED AND REHABBED PROPERTIES TO FURTHER PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES TO THE COMMUNITIES THAT WE SERVE.
MORTGAGE AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF HAMILTON, WE WERE ABLE TO ASSIST HOME OWNERS AND RENTERS WITH MORTGAGE AND RENTAL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE. THIS PROGRAM WAS FOR THOSE WHO WERE DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY COVID-19.
