THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 30 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS MAPLE CITY SQUARE LOCATED IN LA PORTE, INDIANA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. ON DECEMBER 27, 2017, THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS REFINANCED UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
