ANIMAL WELFARE COMMUNITY SERVICES - PROVIDED FUNDING TO PUBLIC TO SPAY & NEUTER 259 DOGS & 305 CATS TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF UNWANTED ANIMALS IN THE COMMUNITY. PROVIDED EMERGENCY PET FOOD MEALS AND VET SERVICE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO NEEDY HOUSEHOLDS. CONDUCTED PUBLIC EDUCATION ACTIVITIES.
