RIPLEY HERITAGE, INC. IS UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE OHIO HISTORICAL SOCIETY (DBA OHIO HISTORY CONNECTION) OPERATES THE JOHN RANKIN HISTORIC SITE. RIPLEY HERITAGE INC. PROVIDES MANAGER, TOUR GUIDES, OPERATES THE VISITOR CENTER AND GIFT SHOP. WE GIVE TOURS OF THE HISTORIC HOUSE, CLEANS ALL AND MAINTAINS THE GROUNDS.
THE RIPLEY MUSEUM WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1976 TO BE A REPOSITORY FOR HISTORIC ARTIFACTS AND STORIES FROM THE RIPLEY AREA. IT MAINTAINS A DIRECTOR AND WEEKEND TOUR GUIDE. THROUGHOUT A TYPICAL YEAR PROGRAMS AND FUNDRAISERS ARE OFFERED. IT IS FUNDED THROUGH ADMISSIONS, DONATIONS AND DIVIDENDS FROM THE RIPLEY HERITAGE STOCK PORTFOLIO.
