2021 ACCOMPLISHMENTS 1.DESPITE THE ONGOING PANDEMIC AND VIRTUAL MEETINGS, SVP PARTNERS REMAINED ENGAGED CUMULATIVELY, 42 PARTNERS SPENT 525 HOURS COLLABORATING WITH NONPROFITS, 71% OF PARTNERS PARTICIPATED ON INTERNAL TEAMS, AND 88% ATTENDED SVP EVENTS. 2.WE SELECTED A NEW INVESTEE-BIRTHING BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITIES WE COLLABORATED WITH OUR INVESTEES ON PROJECTS INCLUDING: "BOARD DEVELOPMENT "EXECUTIVE COACHING "FINANCIAL PLANNING "FUND DEVELOPMENT "HUMAN RESOURCES "MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS "STRATEGIC PLANNING "SUCCESSION PLANNING 3.SVP LAUNCHED A NEW PROGRAM FOR NONPROFITS TO COLLABORATE WITH OUR PARTNERS ON SHORT-TERM, CAPACITY-BUILDING PROJECTS. IN THE PROGRAM'S INAUGURAL YEAR, 15 PARTNERS SPENT 176 HOURS WITH 13 NONPROFITS. 4.SIX LOCAL NONPROFIT LEADERS SHARED THEIR ORGANIZATIONS' MISSIONS AND PERSONAL PASSION FOR WHAT'S POSSIBLE AT OUR FASTPITCH SHOWCASE. THE EVENT RAISED 24,000 FOR THE NONPROFITS 5.AS THE NEXT STEP IN OUR EQUITY JOURNEY, WE ENGAGED WITH GRADIENT THINK TANK, A BLACK AND BROWN-OWNED NATIONAL CONSULTING FIRM THAT CENTERS HUMAN EQUITY AS THE CATALYST FOR CHANGE. GRADIENT GUIDED US THROUGH A PROCESS TO DEVELOP OUR ORGANIZATION'S VALUES, NORTH STAR, AND ACTION STEPS TO CREATE DEEPLY ROOTED, SUSTAINABLE CHANGE. 6.WE LAUNCHED A WHITE PARTNER REFLECTION GROUP TO CREATE A SPACE FOR INDIVIDUALS TO DEEPEN THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR OWN WHITE PRIVILEGE, DIMENSIONS OF DIVERSITY, ACCUMULATED ADVANTAGE, LEVELS OF RACISM, AND MORE. WE HAD 20 PARTNERS PARTICIPATE AND THEY OVERWHELMINGLY REPORTED THAT "THE SESSIONS EXCEEDED THEIR EXPECTATIONS- AND "THEY WOULD RECOMMEND PARTICIPATING IN THE GROUP TO OTHERS." 7.WE ARE HONORED THAT PHILANTHROPY OHIO AWARDED SVP CLEVELAND ITS 2021 MICHAEL G.
