ALL REVENUES AND EXPENSES OF BADGER ADVOCATES, INC. WERE UTILIZED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF AIDING THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MADISON. THE GOAL WAS TO INCLUDE REFORMS IN THE STATE BUDGET RELATING TO ESTABLISHING THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MADISON AS A PUBLIC AUTHORITY. LANGUAGE WAS INCLUDED THAT CREATED A COMMISSION TO STUDY THE ISSUE AND RECOMMEND REFORMS RELATED TO THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN SYSTEM.
