THE ORGANIZATION DEVELOPED TWO OBJECTIVES THAT WILL HAVE AN IMPACT ON LOCAL DROPOUT RATES. AT THE HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVELS, THE COMMITTEE HAS PUT GRADUATION COACHES IN PLACE. A MENTORING PROGRAM AT THE ELEMENTARY LEVEL ENCOURAGES YOUNGER STUDENTS TO STAY IN SCHOOL. MORE THAN 100 STUDENTS WERE DIRECTLY AFFECTED DURING THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR.
