THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES HEALTH CARE AND RELATED SERVICES TO MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS FROM THREE LOCATIONS IN BURBANK, EAGLE ROCK, AND NORTHRIDGE, CALIFORNIA AND ITS SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES, PRIMARILY PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES IN GENERAL MEDICINE, MENTAL HEALTH, WOMENS HEALTH, PEDIATRIC PRIMARY CARE, ASTHMA TREATMENT, IMMUNIZATIONS, FAMILY PLANNING, AND OUTREACH WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
