THE CORPORATION'S CHILD CARE CENTER PROGRAMS SHALL ALSO BE MADE AVAILABLE SECONDARILY TO PERSONS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE EMPLOYED IN THE CITY OF BURBANK, CA.
