Part 3 - Line 4a
AT EMILY SHANE FOUNDATION, WE BELIEVE EVERY STUDENT HAS INFINITE POTENTIAL. WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE IS INHERENTLY COMPLICATED. MANY FAMILIES FACE CHALLENGING CIRCUMSTANCES THAT CAN BE LIMITING AND, AT TIMES, FEEL IMPOSSIBLE TO OUR YOUTH.ESF'S SIGNATURE SEA PROGRAM (SUCESSFULL EDUCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAM) TARGETS STUDENTS WHO FACE ACADEMIC STRUGGLES AND ARE MOST AT RISK OF "FALLING THROUGH THE CRACKS". WE OFFER INDIVIDUALIZED ACADEMIC COACHING AND MENTORSHIP TO THOSE WHO COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THIS NECESSARY SUPPORT TO PAVE THE WAY TO OUR STUDENTS' BEST ACADEMC AND PERSONAL POTENTIAL. EMBRACING ESF'S "PASS IT FORWARD" MOTTO, STUDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO PERFORM A GOOD DEED OR ACT OF KINDNESS FOR EVERY SEA PROGRAM SESSION. OUR AIM IS FOR THESE YOUTH TO EMBED THIS CONCEPT INTO THEIR EVERYDAY LIVES, AND ACQUIRE A SOCIAL CONSCIOUSNESS. WE STRIVE TO INSPIRE DEEP, PERSONAL CHANGE THAT FURTHER DEVELOPS OUR STUDENTS INTO CONTRIBUTING AND COMPASSIONATE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
