Part 3
THE TSO STAGED FIVE CONCERT SETS DURING ITS 2020-21 CONCERT SEASON. BECAUSE OF HEALTH CONCERNS AND COVID-19, WE HAD TO ADAPT FROM OUR NORMAL CONCERT SEASON TO ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION OF SHARING HIGH QUALITY MUSIC IN A UNIQUE HEALTH-CONSCIENTIOUS SETTING. THIS INCLUDED PERFORMING AN OUTDOOR CONCERT, AN ENTIRELY VIRTUAL CHRISTMAS CONCERT, BROADCASTING OTHER CONCERTS VIRTUALLY, AND ACCOMODATING REDUCED AND SOCIALLY DISTANCED AUDIENCES. WE SHARED THE STAGE WITH VIOLINST MADELINE ADKINS. WE CELEBRATED BEETHOVEN'S 250TH BIRTHDAY PERFORMING WITH JENNY OAKS BAKER AND THE BAKER FAMILY FOUR. AND WE HELD OUR BIENNIAL ASPIRING MUSICIANS CONCERT WHERE WE PERFORMED CONCERTOS WITH SEVEN YOUTH TO WHOM WE GAVE EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS. MORE THAN 5,100 COMMUNITY MEMBERS ENJOYED TSO'S PROGRAMMING IN PERSON OR VIRTUALLY OVER THE SEASON.
