BLUEPRINT INVESTMENT FUND IS A COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO DEVELOPING AND PROVIDING QUALITY, AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES WITHIN THE GREATER NEW ORLEANS AREA. IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR MISSION, BLUEPRINT RESTRICTS ITS RENTAL HOUSING UNITS TO HOUSEHOLDS WHOSE INCOME IS AT OR BELOW 50% OF THE NEW ORLEANS AREA MEDIAN INCOME, AND THE TENANT'S CASH OUTLAY SHOULD NOT EXCEED 40% OF THE FAMILY'S ANNUAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME.
