OUR THREE ORGANIZATIONAL PILLARS ARE PERFORMANCE, OUTREACH, AND ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS. IN 2021, THREADS PRESENTED ONE PERFORMANCE AND A DANCE FILM. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDMIC, OUR SPRING 2020 PERFORMANCES AKA. TAPESTRIES, WERE POSTPONED UNTIL NOVEMBER 2021 AND PERFORMED LIVE IN CONJUCTION WITH A SCREENING OF DANCE FILM CREATED BY THE COMPANY. THIS REPRESENTED OUR FALL PEFORMANCE SEASON, AND 10TH ANNIVERSARY. AUDIENCES TOTALED 257 PEOPLE IN-PERSON, AND 45 VIRTUALLY OVER 2 NIGHTS OF PERFORMANCES. "IN THE AREA OF OUTREACH, WE BEGAN OFFERING CLASSES AT OUR OWN STUDIO, THE THREADS DANCE NEXUS FOR STUDENTS AGES 3 YRS. AND OLDER. CLASS ENGAGEMENT WAS LIMITED DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, BUT SAW 71 TOTAL PARTICIPANTS AT OUR OPEN-CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND COMMUNITY EVENTS. FINALLY, IN THE AREA OF ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, THREADS LEVERAGED A SUCCESFUL CAPITAL CAMPAIGN IN ORDER TO BUILDOUT THE THREADS DANCE NEXUS. WE ALSO RE-STRUCTURED OUR ORGANIZATINAL STRUCTURE TO HAVE TWO FULL TIME STAFF MEMBERS SUPPORTED BY TWO PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF MEMBERS. "
