DANCE AND MOVEMENT THERAPY - PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL, GROUP AND FAMILY DANCE/MOVEMENT THERAPY SESSIONS FOR ADULTS, CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. THIS INCLUDES SELF-CARE GROUPS, MINDFULNESS MEDITATION AND MOVEMENT, CREATIVE DANCE, EMPOWERMENT FOR WOMEN AND TEENS, POSITIVE PARENTING, CREATIVE MOVEMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL ISSUES AND WORKSHOPS FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
IN-SCHOOL PREVENTION AND THERAPY - PROVIDES SCHOOL BASED WEEKLY SMALL GROUP DANCE/MOVEMENT THERAPY SESSIONS FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA OR OTHER DIFFICULTIES AND WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
