THE BELIEVE AND ACHIEVE PROGRAMS AT THE YMCA ARE AFTER SCHOOL & SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS FOR AT-RISK, LOW-INCOME CHILDRENS AGES 5-15 WHO ARE LACKING A SUPPORT SYSTEM. THE PROGRAMS TAKE PLACE AT THE OSCAR LASKO YOUTH PROGRAM CENTER IN WEST CHESTER, PA AND THE BRANDYWINE YMCA IN COATESVILLE, PA. THE BELIEVE AND ACHIEVE PROGRAMS PROVIDE ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY,SAFE,SUPERVISED ENRICHMENT AFTER SCHOOL AND DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS FOR NO COST.


THE MISSION OF THE FARM FRESH MARKET IS TO PROVIDE FRESH NUTRITIONAL ASSISTANCE AND EDUCATION TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN NEED IN A POSITIVE AND SUPPORTIVE WAY. WE CREATED A MODEL THAT PROMOTES A SELF-ESTEEM BOOSTING WAY FOR THE CHILDREN TO SAFELY 'SHOP' FRESH PRODUCE AND PANTRY STAPLES, WHICH REDUCES THE STIGMA OF RECEIVING TRADITIONAL FOOD SUPPORT AND HAS EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS THAT OUR PARTNERS CAN INCORPORATE INTO THEIR SUMMER PROGRAM CURRICULUMS.
