BVHC WAS FORMED TO DELIVER COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY CARE, INCLUDING MEDICAL, DENTAL, MENTAL HEALTH, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT TO THE UNDERSERVED POPULATION OF RURAL MONTANA. INHERENT IN OUR MISSION IS A COMMITMENT TO HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION, AND WE WILL SEEK TO PROVIDE A BROAD RANGE OF PATIENT EDUCATION IN HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHOICES, NUTRITION, FITNESS, AND HEALTH LITERACY. THESE EFFORTS WILL OCCUR IN INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS, SEMINARS AT THE CLINIC, AND COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIRS.
