KUNIA VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ENTERED INTO A JOINT AGREEMENT WITH AN AFFILIATE OF RURAL COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION, TO JOINTLY REHABILITATE OR REPLACE IMPROVEMENTS ON PROPERTY HELD BY KUNIA VILLAGE TITLE HOLDING CORPORATION, A RELATED ORGANIZATION TO KUNIA VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. THE INTENT OF THIS ARRANGEMENT IS TO RENOVATE THE EXISTING AGRICULTURAL WORKER HOUSING COMMUNITY THROUGH THE FORMATION OF A HAWAII LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND USE OF TAX CREDITS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS.
