PROVIDED HOUSING FOR THE LOW-INCOME ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED RESIDENTS TOTALING 552 APARTMENTS FOR OVER 600 RESIDENTS; ASSISTED ELDERLY CITIZEN IN OBTAINING ASSISTANCE FROM VARIOUS GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES. PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR ALL TENANTS.
