HOUSING - ROSE DEVELOPS AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR RENT AND SALE TO LOW- INCOME HOUSEHOLDS. WE MANAGE A PORTFOLIO OF RENTAL HOUSING TO PROVIDE GOOD HOMES FOR LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS. WE CURRENTLY OPERATE 469 AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS. DURING FY 2021 WE COMPLETED THE REHAB OF MARLA MANOR.
RESIDENT SERVICES - ROSE SUPPORTS THE RESIDENTS OF OUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMUNITIES WITH ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO HELP FAMILIES SUCCEED AND CREATE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES. EXAMPLES INCLUDE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, SUMMER ENRICHMENT, EMPLOYMENT, HEALTH PROMOTION, COMMUNITY GARDENS, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND SOCIAL EVENTS.
