LAUNCHED IN 2019, HOUSING CONNECTOR PARTNERS WITH HOUSING PROVIDERS TO REDUCE SCREENING CRITERIA RELATED TO CREDIT SCORE, CRIMINAL HISTORY, RENTAL HISTORY, AND PAST DEBT SO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF A HOME HAVE INCREASED ACCESS TO HOUSING PREVIOUSLY OUT OF REACH. IN EXCHANGE FOR LOWERED CRITERIA, HOUSING PROVIDERS RECEIVE FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND MITIGATIONS TO REDUCE RISK AND ENSURE HOUSEHOLDS REMAIN STATELY HOUSED.
