WE PURSUE INNOVATIVE WAYS TO TRANSFORM HEALTH CARE BY KEEPING PEOPLE HEALTHY, AND MAKING OUR SERVICES MORE CONVENIENT, ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE FOR ALL. IN AN INCREASINGLY UNCERTAIN WORLD, WE ARE COMMITTED TO HIGH-QUALITY, COMPASSIONATE CARE FOR EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF COVERAGE OR ABILITY TO PAY. WE ARE IMPLEMENTING AN ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP SYSTEM STRATEGY THAT ENCOURAGES WASTE REDUCTIONS, EFFICIENT ENERGY AND WATER USE, LOCAL AGRICULTURE PARTNERSHIPS, LESS TOXIC AND FEWER CHEMICAL USE, AND A REDUCTION IN CARBON FROM TRAVEL.2021 PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN 2021, SWEDISH EDMONDS CONTINUED ITS TRADITION OF COMPASSION AND DEDICATION TO OUR COMMUNITIES BY INVESTING TO ADDRESS COMMUNITY NEED.COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENTSWEDISH EDMONDS CONDUCTED ITS 2021 COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT WITH THE GOAL OF COLLABORATING WITH PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS TO ASSESS HEALTH CONCERNS AND PRIORITIES FOR THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE. THIS INCLUDES STAKEHOLDER INTERVIEWS, LISTENING SESSIONS AND PROCESS FOR DEVELOPING IMPROVEMENT PLANS, CAMPUS LEADS AND WORKGROUPS WERE IDENTIFIED TO IMPLEMENT THIS WORK.SUPPORT FOR FOUNDATION FOR EDMONDS SCHOOL DISTRICT TO ADDRESS OBSTACLES TO FAMILY STABILITY AND STUDENT SUCCESSSWEDISH'S FUNDING SUPPORT CONTRIBUTED TO STUDENTS' FAMILIES TO ACCESS FINANCIAL RESOURCES, CAREER SERVICES, HEALTHCARE, HOUSING AND MORE. IN ADDITION, STUDENTS WERE ABLE TO COVER EXTRA ACADEMIC COSTS FOR TEST FEES, SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING COLLEGE OR TRADE SCHOOLS, ACCESS TO NUTRITION, FREE MEALS SO THEY CAN OPTIMALLY PERFORM AT SCHOOL. IT IS THROUGH CONTRIBUTIONS SUCH AS THIS THAT ENABLES EVERY STUDENT TO LEARN, THRIVE AND SUCCEED IN THEIR EDUCATION PATH TOWARD GRADUATION.
