CAMBODIA THE NATION OF CAMBODIA IS KNOWN AS A SOURCE, TRANSIT, AND DESTINATION COUNTRY FOR CHILD TRAFFICKING AND THE HOME OF OUR FIRST SAFE HOUSE FOR GIRLS. TODAY, GLOBAL RENEWAL OPERATES TWO SAFE HOUSES FOR CHILDREN BOYS AND GIRLS IN CAMBODIA ALONG WITH LEADERSHIP TRAINING INSTITUTES, ONLINE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, SCHOOL SPONSORSHIPS FOR CHILDREN LIVING IN IMPOVERISHED AREAS, AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND FEEDING PROGRAMS TO ADDRESS THE NATIONWIDE CHALLENGES OF EXTREME POVERTY AND LACK OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR ITS PEOPLE.


VIETNAM OUR FOCUS IN THE NATION OF VIETNAM IS CENTERED AROUND LEADERSHIP TRAINING, COMMUNITY OUTREACH, AND HUMANITARIAN EFFORTS IN TIMES OF NATURAL DISASTERS. DURING THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC CAUSED BY COVID-19, GLOBAL RENEWAL WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE CARE KITS FOR OVER 25,000 PEOPLE WITHOUT ACCESS TO FOOD, WATER, OR MEDICAL SUPPLIES. TODAY, GLOBAL RENEWAL IS IN THE PROCESS OF ESTABLISHING AN ANTI-TRAFFICKING PROGRAM AND A SAFE HOUSE FOR CHILD VICTIMS OF TRAFFICKING AND ABUSE WHILE CONTINUING TO TRAIN COMMUNITY LEADERS ON HOW TO PREVENT AND DETECT VARIOUS FORMS OF TRAFFICKING IN THEIR RESPECTIVE DISTRICTS.


INDONESIA IN THE NATION OF INDONESIA, GLOBAL RENEWAL IS FOCUSED ON ANTI-TRAFFICKING EFFORTS AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING. WE WORK WITH VARIOUS COMMUNITIES AND GOVERNMENT CONNECTIONS TO AID IN THE RESCUE AND RESTORATION OF CHILDREN CAUGHT IN SLAVERY AND ABUSE, THE MANAGEMENT OF A SAFE HOUSE FOR YOUNG GIRLS, THE START OF A SAFE HOUSE FOR YOUNG BOYS, COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP TRAINING, ONLINE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, AND SCHOOL SPONSORSHIPS. WE PROVIDE COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND CARE FOR AN ADOPTED BROTHEL VILLAGE THROUGH AN EDUCATIONAL CENTER FOR CHILDREN, COMMUNITY GROUPS FOR PARENTS, AND FEEDING PROGRAMS FOR FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HARDSHIP.
