THE PURPOSE OF THETA XI IS TO PROVIDE A COLLEGE HOME ENVIRONMENT FOR ITS ACTIVE MEMBERS IN WHICH FELLOWSHIP AND ALUMNI GUIDANCE LEAD TO WHOLESOME MENTAL, MORAL, PHYSICAL, AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH.

PROGRAM SERVICE ACTIVITIES ARE DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THE INTELLECTUAL AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT OF MEMBERS, TO PROMOTE HIGHER EDUCATION AND THE COLLEGE FRATERNITY SYSTEM, AND TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH LEADERSHIP TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES.
