COVID TESTING - REVENUE FROM PROGRAM SERVICES CONSIST OF COVID-19 TEST KIT FEES FROM PARTICIPATING EMPLOYERS REGISTERED WITH THE SURVEILLANCE TESTING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM, AIMED TO KEEP THE COMMUNITY HEALTHY AND BUSINESSES OPEN DURING THE WINTER SEASON. TEST KIT FEES ARE RECOGNIZED AS REVENUE WHEN THE TEST KITS ARE SUPPLIED OR THE PERFORMANCE OBLIGATION IS MET.
