VARIOUS PROGRAMS AND SCHOLARSHIPS ARE PROVIDED FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF THE GRANT COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA AREA. THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO BROADEN THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL, CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL RESIDENTS OF THE GRANT COUNTY AREA. THE FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY IN WAYS THAT WILL ENHANCE THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELL-BEING OF EVERYONE.
