WE OFFER A UNIQUE BLEND OF SERVICES AT A STATIONARY CLINIC, COMBINED WITH AN ACTIVE TRANSPORT PROGRAM WHERE WE TRAVEL TO A CENTRAL POINT IN OUTLYING COUNTIES AND BRING ANIMALS WITH APPOINTMENTS TO OUR CLINIC. HSNC IS ABLE TO ADMINISTER SEVERAL PROGRAMS THAT FULLY OR PARTIALLY PAY FOR SPAY/NEUTER OF ANIMALS OWNED BY FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS. THE SPECIAL FUNDS ARE: THE POLLYANNA FUND (FOR FAMILIES MEETING LOW INCOME GUIDELINES), THE TUCKER FUND (FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING TEMPORARY FINANCIAL HARDSHIP), THE FERAL CAT FUND (FOR INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESS OWNERS WISHING TO CONTROL A FERAL CAT COLONY), AND THE RANGER WONDERGOD FUND (TO SPAY/NEUTER PIT BULLS).
