NATIONAL-LEVEL LEADERSHIP WAS DIMINISHED. ENTRI COMPLETED A WHITE PAPER THAT ASSESSED THE CURRENT LAY OF THE LAND (ISSUES, STAKEHOLDERS, LOCAL CAPACITY, ETC.) AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PLAUSIBLE STRATEGIES FOR POLAND TO REDUCE COAL DEPENDENCE AND TRANSITION TO A CLEAN ENERGY ECONOMY.
