LIVING HOPE FARM CULTIVATES FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND RAISES LAYER CHICKENS USING ORGANIC AND ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES. PRODUCE AND EGGS ARE OFFERED THROUGH SHARES TO OUR MEMBERS, AND TO THE COMMUNITY AT PUBLIC MARKETS ON THE FARM, AT A SELF-SERVICE ROADSIDE STAND, AND AT LOCAL MARKET EVENTS.
THE FARM GROWS FOOD FOR REGULAR DONATIONS TO LOCAL FOOD BANKS, AND PROVIDES NO COST CSA SHARES TO FAMILIES IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY WHO ARE EXPERIENCING FOOD INSECURITY.
THE FARM PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES ABOUT SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE THROUGH OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AS WELL AS COMMUNITY CLASSES AND EVENTS.
