Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

THE NON PROFIT CONTINUED TO WRAP UP WITH THREE ISSUES. THE OWNERSHIP OF HAYDEN BRIDGE AND THE CONTRACTS BEING FINISHED BY BACH STEEL IN PENNSYLVANIA AND DELAWARE. WE THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD BE COMPLETE IN THAT YEAR BUT WE HAD TO ASK FOR A CONTINUATION THRU 2021 FOR DELAWARE. THERE WERE NO NEW CALLS OR CONTRACTS SINCE THE 1ST QUARTER OF 2020 AND THE COMPANY IS COMPLETING AND WRAPPING UP ALL FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. WATTS MILL ROAD BRIDGE - BACH STEEL CONTINUED TO WORK ON THIS PROJECT THROUGH THE END OF 2021. COVID DELAYS AND TRAVEL WERE THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS DELAY. MARTIN ROAD / NVF AND MARSH ROAD BRIDGE. THE PONY TRUSS WAS INSTALLED IN DELAWARE AND THAT PROJECT WAS COMPLETE WITH DNREC IN 2021. THE NVF BRIDGE WAS FINISHED AND IS AWAITING INSTALLATION. ALL OF THESE ARE UNDER CONTRACT TO BACH STEEL.
