EMERGING ARTISTS PROGRAM. CONTINUED 12-MONTHS OF SUBSIDIZED MEMBERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP FOR 9 ARTISTS OF COLOR. CREATED THE EMERGE EAST PROGRAM: CONDUCTED SCHOLARSHIP COMPETITION FOR SUBSIDIZED MEMBERSHIPS FOR ARTISTS LIVING IN EASTERN WASHINGTON WHO HAVE LIMITED EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES BY VIRTUE OF GEOGRAPHY; HELD TWO SCHOLARSHIP EXHIBITIONS FOR APPLICANTS, ONE IN TOPPENISH, WA AND THE SECOND AT GALLERY 110 IN SEATTLE.
