IN 2022, WE MADE 2 TRIPS TO LIBERIA, AFRICA TO CONTINUE WORKING ON BUILDING THE HOPE CENTER, TO FURTHER RELATIONSHIPS, PROVIDE PASTOR TRAINING AND A MISSIONARY CONFERENCE. WE ALSO TOOK 25 PEOPLE TO UGANDA, AFRICA TO WORK ALONGSIDE AN ORPHANAGE IN EXISTANCE THERE AND TO PROVIDE PASTOR TRAINING AND ESTABLISH DEEPER RELATIONSHIPS. THE FOCUS OF THESE TRIPS WAS TO CONTINUE TO CAST A VISION OF HOPE AND HEALING INTO THE HEARTS OF WHOEVER WILL LISTEN. WE HAD 3 PEOPLE TRAVEL TO MULTIPLE OTHER COUNTRIES IN AFRICA TO PRESENT THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST TO SMALLER GATHERINGS OF PASTORS IN EACH COUNTRY. IN ALL, WE TOOK 50 PEOPLE ON MISSION TRIPS IN 2022.
ONE OF OUR MAIN PURPOSES IS TO PROVIDE SAFE DRINKING WATER. THIS YEAR WE PURCHASED OVER 25 PERSONAL WATER SYSTEMS. THESE PERSONAL SYSTEMS CAN PROVIDE SAFE DRINKING WATER TO AN ENTIRE FAMILY FOR THEIR LIFETIME. WE FINISHED UP WORKING ON A WATER SYSTEM FOR A PRISON IN GANTA, LIBERIA WITH A GOAL OF BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE THEM WITH WATER PUMPED DIRECTLY TO THE PRISON. THE INDIVIDUALS BENEFITTING FROM ALL THESE PROJECTS IS COUNTLESS.
WE HAVE BEEN DEVELOPING HOPE CENTERS IN DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES TO PROVIDE A CENTRAL LOCATION FOR A TRAINING CENTER, CHURCH, COMMUNITY CENTER AND WATER DISTRIBUTION. CONSTRUCTION CONTINUED ON OUR HOPE CENTER NEAR MARSHALL, LIBERIA. THIS PROJECT NOW INCLUDES AN AGRICULTURAL ASPECT AS THEY ARE LEARNING HOW TO GROW AND HARVEST THEIR OWN PRODUCE TO FEED THEMSELVES AND PROVIDE INCOME FOR THEIR FAMILIES. WE HAVE ALSO BROKEN GROUND FOR A HOPE CENTER IN UGANDA TO BE USED BY THAT COMMUNITY FOR A COMMUNITY CENTER AND CENTRAL SOURCE OF HOPE AND GROWTH.
