IN ADDTION TO COACHING AND TEACHING THE SPORT, THE CLUB FEELS THAT VOLLEYBALL IS A WONDERFUL VEHICLE FOR TEACHING AND SUPPORTING THE TESTING AND ACCOMPLISHING THE MANY CHARACTERISTICS THAT ARE THE LIFE SKILLS SUCH SKILLS INVOLVE:ESTABLISHING SPORTMANSHIP, HUMBLENESS, SHARING, RESPONSIBILITIES AND TEAMWORK, COMMUNICATIONS, DEDICATIONS TO ORGANIZING, CREATIVITY DISCIPLNE TO HANDLE ADVERSITY, OVERCOMING OBSTACLES AND TAKING CARE OF THEIR BODY BY EATING HEALTHY, SLEEPING ENOUGH HOURS AND BEING PHYSICALLY FIT
